Easter Service

We are delighted to extend a special invitation to our Easter Service at Leytonstone Methodist Church. Join us at 10:30 AM for an 11 am start.

150th Anniversary Service

This year - the church’s 150th Anniversary Service is to be held on 1st March at 11am. The service will be taken by the Rev Dr Janet Corlett who is Chair of District and Circuit Superintendent of the Isle of Man circuit and a much-valued past Minister at Leytonstone Methodist Church. Janet will be ably supported by another recent past minister Norman Grigg and our own minister Rev Dr Mike Long. For later in year we are planning more events and details will be made available in time.

Minister's message

With sadness we announce the cessation of BB and GB. LMC is 150 years old and to commemorate this anniversary we held a special service which you can view on the link provided. The preacher was a past minister of LMC, Rev Dr Janet Corlett (now Superintendent Minister for the Isle of Man) and worship was led by our present minister, Rev Dr Mike Long. We had an opening musical section from the Shern Hall Youth Steel Band, and the members of the Ghanian Choir sang for us. After the service we had a lunch together and the ministers cut a cake for all to share. Blessings to one and all.
